MD HD is a mobile application that connects to your cloud storage providers to render and display markdown files in a beautiful, readable format.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Free Tier: Access to all core features with advertisements.

Premium ($5.99/month): Ad-free experience with additional features.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
You can cancel anytime through your App Store or Google Play account
Refunds are handled according to Apple/Google policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any illegal purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
Share your account credentials with others
Abuse or overload our servers

6. Intellectual Property

MD HD and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DROCO LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

8. Limitation of Liability

DROCO LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
