Where did my markdown files go?

MD HD never moves or deletes your files — it reads them directly from your connected cloud storage. If a document disappears from the library, it usually means the source file was renamed, moved, or deleted in your cloud provider. Pull-to-refresh on the library screen re-syncs the list.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Mobile subscriptions (iOS and Android) are billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancel anytime via your device's Subscriptions settings:

iOS: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MD HD → Cancel Subscription
Android: Play Store → Account → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → MD HD → Cancel

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. Premium features unlock again the moment you resubscribe.

I paid but Premium isn't showing up

Open MD HD → Settings → Restore Purchases. This re-queries the App Store / Google Play for your active subscription. If it still doesn't appear after 60 seconds, email us with your transaction date and the email you used and we'll sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your user record, refresh tokens, cloud-storage connections, and subscription record from our servers. It does not cancel your App Store / Google Play subscription — do that separately via your device settings.

Does MD HD work offline?

Documents you've imported locally (Files → Import) are always available offline. Cloud-stored documents require an internet connection today; offline caching for cloud documents is on the roadmap for a future release.

What file formats work?

Any Markdown file: .md, .markdown, .mdown, .mkd. MD HD supports the full CommonMark spec plus GitHub Flavored Markdown extensions (tables, task lists, strikethrough, fenced code blocks).

Can I export a document as a PDF?

Yes — Super Premium subscribers get one-tap PDF export from the reader screen. The exported PDF preserves headings, lists, code blocks, blockquotes, and links.

When reporting a bug, the more detail the better. Useful things to include:
